Payment & cancellation policy
What you pay, when you pay it, and what happens if plans change. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you send money — we'd rather answer twice than have you guess.
Booking terms
Note: the amounts and deadlines below are marked “To be confirmed” until Noah's Way publishes them. Every quote states the real figures in writing before any payment is due.
- Reserving your slot
- A deposit confirms your booking and holds your seats. Deposit amount: To be confirmed — we'll state it on your quote before you pay anything.
- Balance due
- The remaining balance is due before departure. Deadline: To be confirmed days before the travel date, confirmed in writing when you book.
- If you cancel
- Refund terms depend on how far out you cancel and on what our airline and hotel partners allow. Schedule: To be confirmed. Airfare is generally non-refundable once ticketed.
- If you reschedule
- Moving to another departure date is subject to availability and to any airline rebooking fee. Rebooking terms: To be confirmed.
- If we cancel
- If a departure does not push through on our side, you may move to another date or take a full refund of everything you have paid us.
- What is never included
- Philippine travel tax, mandatory tipping, check-in baggage beyond the stated allowance, travel insurance and visa fees are listed per package on its own page. Check the exclusions before you budget.
Condo stays
Short-stay rentals are booked on their own terms. Where these differ from the package terms above, these are the ones that apply to your stay.
- Requesting dates
- The calendar on each unit shows the nights we know are taken. Sending a request does not hold the unit — we confirm it is still free, then send you the total and the deposit details.
- Reserving the unit
- A deposit holds the dates. Deposit amount: To be confirmed — stated on your confirmation before you pay anything.
- Balance and check-in
- The balance is due To be confirmed. Check-in and check-out times are listed on each unit's page; the check-out day is not charged as a night.
- If you cancel a stay
- Refund terms for condo stays: To be confirmed. They are not the same as the package terms above — a stay has no airline ticket behind it.
- Fees on top of the nightly rate
- The cleaning fee, where one applies, is shown on the unit's page and charged once per booking rather than per night. Any security deposit or association fee is stated on your confirmation.
- House rules
- Each unit lists its own rules — occupancy limits, smoking, pets and quiet hours. The maximum number of guests is a building rule, not a preference, and we cannot exceed it.
Verifying us before you pay
You are entitled to check that any travel agency is properly registered before handing over money. Our registrations:

Ask us for copies of these documents at any time. Never send payment to a personal account — ours are business accounts in the name Noah's Way Travel & Tours.
